Hi everyone hope you are all doing well! As most of you have probably seen Loreal has come out with new string of “Infallible” products. I was super intrigued by these, especially the setting spray. I am in love with the Urban Decay Setting Spray, it makes your makeup last all day long and helps with my oily skin, but on a day to day basis I would like to be able to use a cheaper setting spray and save my Urban Decay for special occasions only.
So while I was in Walmart the other day I spotted it and had a great idea to do a blog post reviewing this, because if it really was a good dupe for Urban Decay, I want to share it with all of you! So let’s get into it!
This product has two sizes, the trial size which was $8 at Walmart and the full which was $10. I bought the smaller, just to try it out. I did see the product at Target and Ulta and found it to be $2-$3 more expensive, so go to Walmart!
So I have been using the product for about a week now and I absolutely love it, I typically during the work week put on makeup at 7 am and don’t remove it until 6 or 7 sometimes event later, and I have to say my makeup still looks great! Obviously not as perfect as 7 am but I don’t feel the need to add more powder or anything!
I have used the spray prior to foundation application as well as after and I found it to work great either way. When I use Bare Minerals I like to spray my face beforehand and it made my makeup go on very smoothly! I definitely think the longevity of the product is excellent; the smell is of a basic setting spray nothing amazing and nothing horrible. The other great thing I loved about this product was that it does not leave any sort of film on the face, it dries quickly and nicely. My makeup stays put for over 8 hours and has not irritated my skin at all.
So I definitely think for this product of around $10 and the Urban Decay for $30 it is an excellent dupe and you will still get great longevity of your makeup! Hope you will try it out 🙂
Hope you all found this helpful and will try it out! Let me know what you think of it!
