Hi guys and happy Sunday, well not so happy since the weekend is now over but hopefully you all enjoyed your weekend! This was the last weekend before I move into school for the year which is crazy! I wanted to share some tips with you about how I best prepare on Sunday’s for the upcoming week to make sure it is running smoothly!
Check your schedule – when my work schedule used to change weekly this would be something I would write down so I would know my hours for the week. I also check to make sure I don’t have any appointments to make or anything different in my week I may have forgotten.
Laundry – I would love to know who has time to do laundry during the week, I sure don’t! LOL. So therefore I try to get all of it done on Sunday so that I don’t have to worry about any of it for another week!
Workouts – As I am thinking about my schedule I like to make sure I plan around 4 workouts for the week, these usually are at night after I get out of work but I like to make sure I am making enough time to sneak those in during the week!
Food – whether it is planning what I will take for lunch or going grocery shopping I like to make sure I have something to take for lunch the following day as well as for dinner or at least have an idea of what I could make!
Relax with Family – Sundays are usually a family day when I am at home, I usually spend it by the pool with everyone or have a big dinner on Sunday nights with my sisters and nieces and nephew. This is the best to relax and have some quality family time before the hectic week starts!
