I am going to start a new series called ‘Monday Motivation’, my plan is to try and post every Monday (key word is TRY, LOL) but if not at least every other Monday. I think this will not only help motivate me for the week and set my goal,s but also to hopefully give you all some motivation!
One of my goals every week is to workout, and this week I am committing myself. Last week I went to Yoga twice and felt amazing! I forgot how much I missed it and I hope to continue to go every week and get back into the swing of things.

Another thing I plan on doing this week is drinking my morning smoothie at least three times this week! I love these, and they really become addicting! I put avocado and blueberries and lemon and oranges and greek yoga and spinach in mine, but I also love doing a strawberry banana mix or a blackberry, raspberry and blueberry mix.

One of the last things I want to do this week is focus on keeping calm and not stressing out quickly over things. I have had a rough few weeks with school and other things and I can now see myself getting stressed much too quickly (which is seriously one of my downfalls)
So I want to focus on making check lists and crossing things off each time I do it. I love my planner and it helps me stay organized and keep my tasks all lined up. Check out these cute agendas here!
