Purple Berry Smoothie

Everyone knows that green smoothies are an OBSESSION to say the least as of he past few years. Yet more and more we are seeing many other types of smoothie pop up, most recently purple smoothie. Here is how I did mine:


What is in it:

  • 4 Strawberries
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek Yogurt
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Small handful of rolled oats
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 3 Ice Cubes
  • 1 Banana

The one thing I didn’t put in that you could is spinach. Spinach is so good for you and has so many benefits, unfortunately I didn’t have any so I didn’t put any in. But if you do have some I would throw it in because of the major benefits.

Smoothies are my favorite thing to have for breakfast, they keep you full and energize you for whatever you have coming your way!
