Nutrient Packed Smoothie

Happy Wednesday guys! Today I wanted to share with you the smoothie I made today, as you know I have these almost every morning and this is a combo I have never done before and it was honestly probably the best smoothie I every had! So of course I had to blog about it! Here is what was in it:

What you need:

  • 1 Banana
  • Frozen Mango
  • 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt (plain)
  • Cinnamon
  • Flax Seed
  • Blueberries
  • Spinach
  • Vanilla Soy-milk






So I just put all of these in my blender with some ice and it was amazing!

Soy Milk is something new I got to add to my smoothies and it is delicious, adds a lot of creaminess and has some many nutrients and a good source of protein. This is what I call a nutrient packed smoothie because it has potassium from the banana, antioxidants from the blueberries, cinnamon has tons of benefits as does flax seed, protein from the yogurt and lots of other “good for you” stuff!!
