Happy 2017 everyone!! I hope you all had a blessed and happy holiday season! Today I just wanted to quickly share with you some of my goals for 2017 and what I hope to achieve this year!
- Workout 5 times a week!
- Follow the “If it fits your macros” diet (IIFYM)
- Drink lots of water (no soda!)
- Get straight A’s this semester
- Travel a lot! (I have a few trips planned!)
- Be happier and take the time to relax more often.
- Sign up and take at least 5 Yoga classes
- Save money (stop moving money from savings! LOL)
- Be in the moment.
- Clean my space more often.
