At the end of a long day, this is the one thing I always want to do! Taking a long hot shower, with time to shave and exfoliate and do some skincare is so amazing. I love to use Dove body washes because they lather so nicely and really moisturize my skin – this one is amazing!
Candles are like the key to relaxation, they make any room feel cozy. I love to light candles in my room whenever I am in need of some relaxation.
I think this is a key to every pamper routine, EVER. But I still thought I would throw it in! Face masks are so good for your skin and once you find some that you like, its such a treat for your skin and your pores and really improves the look of the skin. Here is a high-end and a low-end mask that I love!
Another thing I love to do when I am pampering myself is to watch a movie, if I have extra time this is a great time to throw on a face mask while watching. Here are some of my all time favorite “me time” movies.
Ahhhh in my family, there is tea offered to you everywhere. I think we all drink way too much of it, but we love it! Tea is something I drink absolutely every single day, whether its Earl Grey, black, sleepy time or peppermint, I love it. There are so many options out there, but sleepy time tea or peppermint is my all time favorite for a pamper night.
